he looks cute. if the sugery is very fatal he should be left with a the arm. two heads are better than one so mabey three arms could be better than two and he looks ok to me im just 12 but i say a kid or his/her parents shouldent be ashamed or grossed out or scared of a thing like that and mabey you can wait when hes older then he can tell you if he wants it cut off. but if he wants it mabey you could keep it because hell be uniqe not akward.
