There was a time period when I headed out to the move theater a lot more than I do now, and when I did, I always looked for solid recommendations from friends and the real critics that are paid to review movies. I didn’t always agree with them, but at least I tried to get their perspectives before I plunked down some of my cold hard cash to see the latest flick. When you find someone who has the same taste in movies as you do, it’s a joyous occasion, isn’t it? Instead of being alone in your viewpoints, you can actually obsess over the same films with another person.

Lastminute auctions lists all auctions on eBay that are within an hour of closing and still under £1. Obviously, this will throw up some results of things no one would want, but also gives you the chance to spot any soon-to-expire bargains.
