of course I have shame but I don’t know why I have to be ashamed of something the nature creates. This toppic is interesting .. which is good because it raises the questions why this happened.

I saw a show recently about a little girl from Central American who was born with the same condition. She had an operation to separate her legs and I think it was successful. Wasn’t watching very closely. Very strange though.

Do you think they should call her Ariel?

the baby is soooo cute i love mermaids and that would be so cool to meet one. that is so awsome.

I think it is sad and I hope they can help the baby. My cousin gave a still birth to a little boy with this same condition.

I dont know about this one. I have seen other pictures of ” supposed ” mermaids and they wernt human. I would just have to say that this is a poor child and that I hope they can do a surgery on her legs and that she will live a normal little girls life. I really how that she will make it.

Actually this is a boy baby and he died a few weeks later due to heart failure. Doctors belive this condition is caused by poor blood flow to the lower portions which in turn creates poor development of the lower limbs as well as internal organs. Chances are he only had one set of leg bones with a fused foot attached. Not to mention he had no kidneys and no bladder so saving him just wouldn’t be possible. The child in Peru with this condition had all the bits she needed.

Well i think its sad and i feel bad for the parents and like u said its nature but atleast have the curtesy to not put it on the webu flying monkey, cow, malvino, stupid! Embarresing the baby by putting its picture on the web!Who do u think you are?

Well in one condition I felt heart broken for those parents but in one way i’m wishing may one day to see one.

Cute..but poor baby, he would suffer a lot in his life. Hope they can help him!..if not, then, throw him to the sea! LOL..
I wish he gets better cause wtf would parents be thinking..ok whatever.. Get well!

its not a real mermaid its just a baby with a birth defect an adorible baby yes but to publically discriminate an infant is going to sycologically torture this child for ever isnt it enough to have the poor thing going to public school in the future well i hope the parents go through with surgery and dont keep making it a 1 infant freak show

I feel bad for the baby boy bc the legs i would like to meet him but he died a couple weeks later his heart quit on him.He is cute but why would anyone want to put his pic on the web,Oh Wait! to get money.If he was still alive i bet he would be in the sea with a mother mermaid.I bet he died bc he needed water.
