Where are you my very beloved readers? … I just noticed that I had a drop of 700 subscribers! AHHHH!
If you have a moment please check if your readers has this feed url:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/RandomGoodStuff
Also make sure that the url of RGS’s main page is:
http://www.random-good-stuff.com and nothing else!
I hope now it was a wise decision to change RGS that much … do you even like it?

I am here. I have the URL, the feed and I like it, very much so. WordPress us such a good platform. It makes things look really good and professional. I never realized there was actually an individual behind RGS (I guessed more like a company or something), so I’m happy to say hello and glad I can reassure you (at least what my readership is concerned). Good luck with RGS.

Hey Nils,
ahhh I needed those words, badly. Thank you.
No, no company here .. it’s just me alone. Is it an honor that you thought it was a company?
I like the look of your blog …. smooth!

I still get your feed through the A Little More Random Please.
Still read you blog everyday, just cut the direct feed since it is duplicated in the new one.
So you are down one and up one.

I was subscribed to RGS via an atom link and read it through Bloglines. But the atom link quit working so I came here and saw this post. Might it be something that changed when you changed over to WordPress?
I like the new look!

Hello Sandra …
thank you for your post … and of course for your nice words.
I am afraid you have to update the Feed Url to
http://feeds.feedburner.com/RandomGoodStuff
If you insist to use Atom, let me know
Thank you for reading … have a great eve.

I get my shot of random goodness through Google Reader. Perhaps they wait until a feed has exactly 701 readers and then cache the whole thing, reducing the number of readers by 700?
That’s what I would do if I had, ah, infinite storage.

Thank you again Sandra for the note and the official Happy Holidays post will be up soon
Graeme I just don’t know .. I was on an average of 1600 readers a day … 700 are just depressing.
There are 2 options why …
1. People just hate thew new look and they unsubscribed.
2. They god lost somehow!
Well I am just going to continue like nothing happened. And the rest will find back to RGS or they can suck it .. ho ho!
