I played around with Google Trends just to find out which sexual search terms are most popular in what country.
Most shocking for me is the search term "Baby Sex"
And they have been googled most in these countries:

‘Baby sex’ as a google search term almost certainly relates to people wahting to know how they can maximise their chance of having a male child.
Your shock is probably due to a misunderstanding that tells more about you than it does about the people who searched those two words.
