Well I bought one for my husband in the 70′s and it was stolen after he passed away in 2003 and if I could get my hands on the sob that took it HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RIDE IT! Any one comes across one for sale in the Southern Indiana, Louisville Kentucky area write me-I will see to it you get a reward. I have a pretty good idea of the lowlife who took it along with thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of racing equipment, tools, parts and antiques. To steal from me is one thing but to steal from my dead husband is another. Very long but interesing story. There was also a ’60′s era Harley dragbike stolen. Ahhh-he picked me like a chicken while he was trying to buy the property my husband left me and allowed others in to help themselves. No personal relationship involved, I just had to do things “legally” while he didn’t.

hello i just got a hop rod from my parents and cleaned it and put good gas and batt in it but i cant seem to keep it going. i can get it to do the hop if im not on it but with me on it it doesnt pop up as good. is there a weight limit or a certain gas to put in it…

I own a Hop Rod. As a senior citizen I am interested in trying it out. It is in good shape and I would consider selling it if someone is interested in purshasing it.

i said to my grandmother “what was your favorite toy’s when you were a kid” and she named five things and one she said was a pogo stick.i tryied to look up a pogo stick and i found this and i said “O MY GOD”then i saw how cool they were back then i wish they had it like that now instead now they are so hard to get on.

I remember seeing a feature on either this or a souped-up one (the engine was a lot bigger) in Playboy Magazine, probably in the early 1960′s. Of course, being Playboy, there was a good-looking unclothed girl stepping on to it. There was one good photo showing her shooting into the air–hair flying–what an expression on her face, if you were noticing it!
