Neko Neko Café

website www.tabitabi-taipei.com has a strange list of cafés, my Japanese is not very good, and as far as I can tell that these restaurants serve pets including dogs and budgies. I don’t think they serve them cooked or anything, but the pets are the customers? Anyone with better Japanese than me please fill me in by adding some comments. Ross
