Turn on the shower got in, my shower have a pretty long hose with the head attachment on so I unscrew that off and now you just have the hose. Put the water pressure to a good setting. About 2 hours before you leave to go out do a complete rinse. Fill the water bottle with luke warm water. Put on the appropriate attachments and , using the appropriate attachments, hang the waterbottle about 3 feet above where you will be. Do this for ALL the reps you’ll do.
I’ve eventually gotten used to this practice over the years and have managed to find it pleasurable every time i clean myself. hnh. acquired taste. ;P
Here are other observations:
1. Doing enemas and then immediately getting f*cked (by another person or a dildo) seems to not work. Anyone else think so too? It’s like the moment you do an enema, your anal “switch” turns on that you’re doing a prolonged number two. Really frustrating. But if there’s a gap of two or three hours in between it’s great. Nothing. Not one speck.

At that point you want to be truly CLEAN to not ruin the moment.
I mean, it’s in there, and in DEEP. You get what I mean? You can’t fully purge yourself, mind you, so don’t spend a day trying to do that.
Cleaning myself like this thoroughly makes it a LOT better for me than doing it, er, raw. I’m more uninhibited and can concentrate on performing in bed. It’s such a great feeling to know you’re totally clean, and the people who you have sex with, who find out what a clean ass you have, start to really enjoy because they know nothing’s gonna happen. no smells, no awkward moments, and no.. er… coatings of anything else.
PS: Don’t get drunk before doing an enema. If you’re going out clubbing, get an enema, before you go out to drink, then after if you’re a little drunk and on the way to someone’s place go straight to the toilet and start feeling yourself up and taking a self assessment of what’s “inside” (however difficult it may be to properly concentrate).

If youre going to have anal sex and you are still worried about an odour, i would highly recommend getting flavoured or scented lubricant. It neutralizes odours (just watch the “tingly sensation” mint lube, smells amazing but the nerves in your anus can get confused between a mild tingling sensation and a burning sensation, eeeep! still, if youre into that go for it).
DO NOT do an enema or douche excessively before hand. This makes the contents of your bowels watery and likely to make a re-appearance at inapproriate moments, as well as a mess! It can also put your internal sphincter in shock, so it locks up – which means even though you will think everything has been passed, later on when the sphincter relaxes quite a bit of brown water can be released – this can occur during sex… NOT GOOD!
DO NOT use soap/shampoo/detergent in your anus, or even as a lubricant if youre having sex in the shower. The compounds in these bind to the mucous membrane and basically dissolve and strip it out. Like when you do the washing up and have your hands immersed in the soapy water too long, afterwards they feel very dry! This is NOT good. It causes irritation to your bowels, which can make sex and most of your day uncomfortable. It also exacerbates the problem down the track. If your mucus membrane is washed away, what do you think is left to help the food move down your digestive tract in future? It will cause all sorts of problems! 3. Preferrably if you’re like me & like to be spotless, have a quick shave downstairs (ive never cut myself). Give your butt no reason for any clingons (where feces get stuck to the hairs). Do the shaving while in the shower, its cleaner that way. (its sexually arousing also)
4. When the shower is complete & you feel very clean, finger your anus again. If any feces has elluded you whilst being in the shower sit over the toilet & try to do a #2 or simply pick any little bits of feces out (again in the toilet).
5. Alright guys you should be very clean now & read to go! I’ve never had a problem with feces coming out doing this technique. Its simple, there is no smell & IF any feces does come out it will be very minimal (like a brown dot or something, nothing too terrible to see).
This is a very cheap way of clearing the anus of any nasties, if you are a hypercondriac I wouldn’t recommend my technique however if you dont like the idea of having to go through shoving a pipe up your bum or inserting dangerous amounts of water & soup into your anus that can damage you, try my technique. Some people may have mentioned it before but I truelly wanna tell you guys, this works because I have done just about everything in the book & they have failed. If your so worried about fingering your anus & getting feces on it use a lubed condom!
If you do my technique & half way through you get repulsed just think of this in your head “It’s my own body! It’s all part of me, nor will it harm me!”. It got me through my squeemish/experimental days.
