I have had anal sex a number of times and I can’t seem to get the cleaning equation right! I’ve tried douching a few times; sometimes it’s worked and sometimes not. I always get nice clean clear water coming out and I get out of shower but then later on (about 20mins) I get the most urgent need to release my bowls! If only things were so simple. Although my man doesn’t know how I “prepare” for his occasional butt dips, I ralize now my method works best for me. I too ocassionally have trouble getting cleaned out before sex. The best luck I ever had was with a device that hookups to your shower. It has a long stainless steel hose with a “silver bullett” type end that is inserted into the rectum. let me share a simple but effective way, you don’t need to insert anything up your butt do to it. All you need is the commun shower douche; you know, the one that most showers alreay have with the long hose and shower head at the end for manual rinsing?

Alright guys listen up, I’ve always tried to discover the mystery of anal cleaning. Okay I’ve tried this technique many times & it doesn’t require in cheap gimmicy products that are embarresing to buy & dont give you a truelly clear anus. (Don’t do this if you’re afraid to see feces).

1. Now when it comes to eating, it is important you don’t eat a few hours (or minutes) before you have anal sex. I’d say eat a big lunch, one big enough that you only need a very small dinner (skip breakfast). This will make your bowels full so you can do a #2 an hour or two before hand. (make sure you push every thing out, l mean sit on the toilet for at least 5-10mins, so you give yourself the perfect cleanout.)

2. Next is to get clean, have a shower. Now unlike what I’ve herd before, you only need one shower & that is suffient enough. Before you get in the shower lube your finger up with a certified lube brand like KY or Lifestyles lube (no soup or shampoo!). When you’re in the shower finger your anus & feel around for any feces that might be in there. If there is any just pick it out (dont worry guys you can wash your fingers after, simply pull out any little bits, of course only if you want to be really clean down there).

Only two good methods: A hose adapter (like the one from your shower head) – Unscred the shower head and you will have the bare hose… turn water on medium pressure, luke warm… then slowly and gently insert. You don’t wanna rip yourself a new asshole !! In the eye-ear care section of your pharmacy, you can by an “Adult Ear Syginge” for about 6 bucks. It is inteded for ear-wax control/cleansing, but works fine for the purposes discussed here. I need help. Every time I douche with an 8oz bulb, I have hard time expelling the warm water out of my ass easily. I tired using 1 bulb of water, then 2 and 3. When I fill up, I have to sit there and force my self to go for the water to come out, but it takes so much time like 15 to 20 minutes. The water does not gush out but leaks out very slowly. Metamucil is the way to go. You should not be using spit because it’s not a proper lube. Use lubes designed for anal sex. It pays to know a little about our anatomy. Men and women are the same in respect to their bottoms.
The anal canal is about three inches long and contains no poop. Next comes the rectum which is about 6 to 8 inches long and is normally empty until it fills up with poop from the colon. When this happens, a feeling of fullness results and an urge to go to the toilet results in order to empty it again. You are all making this much more complicated than it is. If you have a hand held shower head, the ones with the hose attaching the shower head, it is very simple to flush out your ass. first empty your bowels on the toilet. then remove the shower head from the hose. ok some of the methods i read above are ridiculous, i mean not eating for 6+ hours or so? not only you’ll be famished but you’ll have bad breath as well.
Best way to do it is with enemas really, just remove the shower head then stick the hose in your butt and let nature follow it’s course, then release the water when you have the “full” feeling. Repeat this for 10-15 or more till you get clean water 3 times in a row at least and you’ll be very clean. I don’t know if it’s because i have good digestion or not but after an enema like this my ass stays clean anywhere between 1 to 3 days.

I take metamucil (or any other fiber supplement) on a regular basis and this works great for me, plus gives you the added benefit of staying clean even if you’re not having anal sex… Realistically, it is not good to hold all of that excess feces in your system, and you should have a bowel movement atleast once a day, if not twice.
