		<description>Most likely, digg users will also sign up and report each user and site that subscribes.  I&#039;d guess that digg will then just ban each site and user like they have in the past.  I know of similar sites (such as diggexchange.com) where every single user who signed up ended up being banned from digg (hundreds), and most of the sites were blacklisted.</description>
