I wounder if google is aware of this or if they we will sue this company for using there name I would be surprised if they didn’t know but I am surprised if they do that they allowed there google name to be used for something other then there own products.

IANAL, but when you register a business name, you only have it for a particular business purpose. So a Google perfume maker should probably be in the clear. However since the Google logo is trademarked and that one looks pretty close, they could sue on that.
