Mussolini in 1922 said "Right, we're all fascists", but most Italian people are always on scooters, going, "Ciao!"" I guess it's not funny taken out of context like that, but if you haven't watched the video of that performance you should ;) Anyway, that "scooter" looks pretty cool.
