Film Recommendations

I usually don’t drink and work but the champagne is kicking in. 34 Minutes ago our site Criticker just relaunched and I have to admit I am close to tears. We have been working on the new Criticker since December 2006 and finally people get to see it. Tons of new features and ways to communicate with other film buffs.

Here are just some few highlights:

Share you movie taste and follow the films your "Kumpels" liked your recently watched with the help of the new Criticker Resource page.

There you will also find following buttons … feel free click on them:

Pretty fly he?

We also have a shop now on Criticker, there you will find all kinds of DVDs and partly with predictions on how much you will like the movie.

We also added a Film Forum and a Movie Blog.

If you like subscribe to the movie related Blog here Subscribe in a reader!

There are many more changes … why not just head over to the site and never watch a bad movie again.

Any input are very welcome.

Shouldn’t the service be renamed “critickr 2.0″? I mean, that seems to be the trend these days anyway.. ;)

Congratulations on the relaunch. Best wishes. We’ll give it a spin.

Eduo, thank you for the wishes and for taking the time to check out Criticker.

We on purpose refused to sound too much like web 2.0 and we refused to put anything Beta on the site. That whole 2.0 branding just gets too annoying after a while ;)

Hey, congrats! That’s huge. As a startup founder, myself, I know the pain and effort that goes into these things…

GWS,

thank you for the comment .. our launch yesterday went pretty smooth and most people like it. But our Bugs Forum is going nuts ..

P.S. I’m with you… taking the same approach with my site… was not-at-all fixated with trying to conform to Web 2.0-ness.
