This is the new Vectrix, and is billed is the world’s first high-performance, two-wheel, zero emission vehicle. The highway-legal, eco-friendly bike can hit 50mph in 6.8 seconds and maxes out at 65mph. Classified as a maxi-scooter, the Vectrix is all-electric and plugs into a standard 110 outlet to recharge in two to three hours.
