A German Pub owner came up with this pretty nifty idea to going around the new smoker ban inside of restaurants and pubs. This could be also used to go around public drinking the US.

    Couldn’t be used in somes places in the US and in some places in Canada… you hve to be at least 8 meters away from the building’s doors. Basically, you can smoke in the middle of the streets. :)
