At first glance, it looks like Wizard is made from porcelain, with it’s precise expression and satin-like surface. Upon closer inspection, it is revealed as soft, flexible rubber – the urge to bend, fold, twist and squeeze is there immediately! In fact, it’s difficult not to!
With it’s numerous shapes – a cone shaped deep bowl, a bowl with a collar, a bowl with and inner cone, a low bowl with various compartment, a zigzagged plate – Wizard has an indefinate number of possible applications. It is a sculptural frame for fruit and nuts; it can be used as an ice pail or a hors d’oeuvre dish with separate compartments for sweets, snacks, dip salsas and the like. It is ideal for decorative arrangements in which the bowl is tipped or the many angles are used for individual placement of edible things.
