Pant! Pant!
We just signed the flat reservation with the real estate agent! WE HAVE A PLACE! This was maybe one of the craziest weeks of my life. I still can’t believe that we finally made it.
The new place is pretty sweet but there are couple of things they are not 100% but for one year (maybe more 
) it’s perfect. The flat is right in the center of Valencia between the historical center / shopping area and an other upcoming hip neighborhood.
The new apartment is on the top floor (got 2 floors to ourselves) with 2 terraces overlooking valencia. The interior right now is partly a nightmare but once I am done with it, it’s going to be just sweet! This is the place what you can see all the way up is our terrace numero uno:

We are celebrating right now …. Tomorrow I will register the Domain of the Valencia Blog tomorrow! EEEK!
