Finally Back Home in Ireland

We finally arrived back home last night – What a trip! On December 27th 2007 we left the house to start our trip into uncertainties. Our itinerary is kind of fun so sit back and let us have all the stress .

1. County Mayo Ireland > Rosslare to take the Ferry to France (takes 17 hours)
2. France > Frankfurt Germany to stay one night with friends
3. Next Morning – Brunch and off to Darmstadt to see my family … Late X-Mas Dinner and to drop off Chucky (our dog has to wait until we finally moved to Spain before we can pick her up again …. soooo sad!)
4. Morning after off to Mannheim to stay with friends until the third (to celebrate New Years)
5. On January third finally flying to Valencia! yeah … so warm
6. It took us 9 days to finally find a place, we left Valencia the day after we signed
7. Back in Germany we stayed one night at a airport hotel – took the bus to Darmstadt to pick up our car, drove down to Mannheim again
8. In the morning we drove to Brussels to visit an other good Friend and went into bars.
9. Next morning we had a hang over – drove to Calais to catch the ferry to Dover and drove up to Oxford to stay in an other Hotel.
10. Got up at 5.30 am to drive up to Holyhead for the ferry to Dublin and managed to drive back home in an record 3 1/2 hours.

We are still alive !!!

Now we have to sell our car and organise a moving company and we are ready to leave Ireland for ever!

Sorry for the lack of posts and downtime on RGS. But we are back now in our offices (it just feels great to have a stable internet connect) so we can finally work again. Thank you all for your support.
