This gadget puzzles me – but as far as I understood you can record sound and do a screencast at the same time = for example introducing a new website. It looks like the main part is the software you will get with it and that one click recorder would be not really needed if you have a built mic. Or am I wrong?
One Click Recorder allows users to produce, present and record virtually any form of on-screen presentation, including audio recordings. Create powerful, persuasive and engaging presentations with both image and sound – mixing visuals with voice for maximum effectiveness. The small, high-quality omni-directional microphone records audio by simply plugging into any computer and can record any sound within 10 yards. Use this convenient portable system for a variety of purposes – including presentations, lectures, demonstrations, meetings, conferences and interviews. Its features include one or multiple page screenshots, file compression, whiteboard and slide show control.
With its screen capturing software users can choose still screen shots or a video recording to capture whatever is appearing on the screen. The whiteboard function allows users the ability to make notes anywhere on the screen – presenters can use the screen to circle or underline important points. The audio recording function can be used for making presentations as well as recording important meetings or lectures for students. The files you create can be stored, distributed or shared with their intended audience (students, colleagues, customers, etc). Comes with 3.5" installation and toolbar software CD.
