Living in Spain has a huge impact over me it seems. The weather just plain puts me in an awesome mood almost every single morning. Which makes sitting down at my desk somewhat hard. An other really positive side affect is that I am loosing weight just because I am living now a much more active life and I think changing the eating times really helps too. I used to have my main "huge" meal at night and sat in front of the TV and got fatter every single day. Here I am eating tons and really good food and the pounds are dropping – HEAVEN!
