Look at the first frame in the video , it shows several of these bottles. Where are they ? They’re sticking out through the roof of the house. Clorox makes the water clean thus alowing more light to propagate through it. The sunnier outside , the sronger the intensity of the rays hitting the top of the bottle which sticks through the roof create more light inside. You put them in a dark room , and they won’t do SH*T . Ok , People seem to be confused watching this.
