I blogged about the Wii Fit a while ago when we just got the game. And that’s how I was looking back then:
Above you can see how I was looking just 2 weeks after I started Wii Fit. Pretty much Overweight. Suck! Too much blogging will drive you to that. But after less than 2 month of paying attention to my health with the help of Wii fit I got great news.
I started on April 26th weighing 101.6 kg and today I weight myself again and I am official not fat ahh I mean overweight anymore. My current weight now is 97.8 kg.
So in that period of time I lost 3.8 kg. Which is a really healthy pace to loose this amount of weight.

And here May to June. The long stretch in the end indicates that I haven’t don’t body test for 5 days. Was pretty busy but I usually try to do at least that test. But in those 5 days I did workout on my own and had Wii Fit in my head the whole time.
I still have ways to go to reach my self set goal but seeing the green pint in the green area (ideal weight) just feels good.
This really made me happy and ever since I started Wii Fitting I am healthier and happier person and no .. Nintendo did not pay me to write this !
