That ritual has no place in Islam! Never never have I heard or seen of anything like that before!
It’s only a thing that’s part of India’s culture, not Islam.

I am a Muslim And I never heard of that before , It must be an Indian thing since Tossing babies is dangerous .

What if they drop the baby? they better be careful or better yet not throw babies around jeez~
