UPDATE:

Only one Movistar store was selling the phone today and they only had a 100 or so. Which means they sold out and I wasn’t one of the lucky ones. SUCK!

Today is a big day for all 3G iPhone fans in Spain and selected other countries around the world.

I just got back from checking the line at the Movistar (carrier of the iPhone in Spain) flag-store in Valencia:

This is 90 minutes before the opening!

I knew that the Spanish had a different mentality but just 8? The girl even had something like a mat with her. I really do hope she didn’t camp out. LOL!

In 15 minutes I am going to head out again to a smaller movistar store. There shouldn’t be line at all! I love Spain.

Note on the side: Movistar really knows how to take the iPhone 3G fun away.
