I had a little talk with Barris (the guy who designed the car) and Barris's mechanic in Queens NY about a little history here and it seems that this automobile made a little history in the Case pulled up in it at the old Time Warner building and the authorities went and tried to take it away from him. Hence the contract with TW to this day.
