Don't want to lburst your bubble, but the Moron Rodeo Cowboys (rodeo club at Moron Air Force Base) and the Rota Wrangles (rodeo club at Rota Naval Air Station) were putting on rodeos through southern Spain in the 1960's. I still have my posters from alot of the rodeos we put on. I know this because I was the Moron Rodeo Cowboy club's secretary from 1964 to 1967 when my family and I rotated back to the states. I rode the gymkana events. We used the spaniksh bull fighting bulls for our roping and bucking stock - got a little hairy once a cowboy came off the bull - those bulls were not nice! I know we weren't pro - but we but on a good show for the local Spainards.
