Phelps is really that good, if he could beat the WR swimming in Rio wearing a buletproof vest. The olympic games in Rio will be also confusing. The runners for example. They will never know if the shot they're hearing is coming from the referee or directly from the favela's. And when a winner will take his place at the podium, there'll be a "flanelinha" guarding his place (blackmailing for money). But hey! In Rio everything is party!! Yes! By the way, the organization comitee will swallow the public capital spending tremendous costs in regular and cheap infra-structure. The best olympic games ever!!! uhuuuu! pffff....
