This set it’s them all! Who needs bulky cases anyways. Strip those drives down to it’s bones.
You can dock just about any of those old drives into this simple device. Stick a USB transfer cable into one end along with the power-cable, and in one of the other ends, you can connect a 3.5" IDE hard drive, or a laptop 2.5" IDE drive, or even a miniscule 1.8" IDE hard drive! But, why stop there?
You can connect a SATA drive, too! How about an optical disk drive? We’ve got it covered. Blu-Ray, DVD, CD, writeable, rewriteable… it doesn’t matter! Nice. I’ve got a few of these sorts of things, but to have ONE that can do SATA and IDE *AND* mini IDE (old laptop drives) is great.
What really makes me go “ooh” though is the fact that there’s just that rubber “slipper” to put the drive in, as most companies try to make a full enclosure and I only ever need the connection and a safe place to put the drive down, so I’ll have to check ‘em out.
