Something new to add to my breakfast menu. Fried Egg Jellyfish but I don’t like them when they are runny. This creeps me out. I like fried jellyfish best sunny side down with a soft spot in the middle but the egg white nice and crusty. Some fresh toast with and orange juice. AND of course a big pot of good coffee. The perfect start into that day. Now hand me that fried egg jellyfish, I’m already late to go to work. FASTER .. I’m hungry too.
