  • Google Adsense offers Video Ads

    Now you can show Video Ads like this on your site:

    How do you get those Video Ads on your site? They can not guarantee that videos show up on your site but here are some tips and tricks..

    1) Opt into image ads.

    2) Use one of the three ad formats that support video ads: 300×250 Medium Rectangle, 336×280 Large Rectangle, or 250×250 Square.

    Ok let’s try this…

    If you just see an image … that means there is not advertiser currently willing to pay to get a video shown on Random Good Stuff ….;(

    I wonder how much you get for each viewed video???

  • Gmail gets a face

    Neat new Gmail Feature coming soon to your Inbox near you:

       

    Gmail’s "What’s New" page has changed and tells us of a new feature that will be launched shortly — Gmail Pictures.  The new feature basically lets you see who has emailed you — almost like an avatar in instant messengers.

       

    The new feature won’t be available for all users at once, it will be rolled out slowly just like the chat feature did.
