Are row of these lamps will cost a fortune.

The balloon lamp is a simple, elegant way to add a little style to your home, inside or out. Designed by Kouichi Okamoto, the balloon lamp uses a high-intensity LED light to illuminate whatever area you hang it in. The LED lets it run over 100 hours with the included lithium-ion batteries, and the balloon diffuses the light into a softly glowing orb. It’s a magical effect, and a party, a porch, a party, or any room of the house (Two translucent white balloons are included, but you can use any color you’d like). It hangs easily from the attached hook, and because there’s no cumbersome electric cord, you can easily move it from room to room.

Finally, my dream to sneak into a mall and stay over night can be true.

This unique piece of fancy dress lets you hide inside your costume, and makes you look like the infamous Invisible Man! Where’s your head? It’s invisible! Well, actually it’s just cleverly hidden away, while your hat is held on a special hat holder above your head!
In the collar of the shirt is a small hole that you can see through, so while your dream of being invisible won’t come true just yet, you will be cleverly hidden without people realising you’re down there!
Please Note: Cane not included. (Source: Buy.com)

WIRED has a photo-story with some classic images of Air Hostesses of the past. The outfits and hair are great, and I really wish I could go back in time to exprerience the service and fun of flying, like these stewards who apparently serve as entertainment during flights by doing things like trivia contests mid-flight.

Oh to have real porcelain cups, good scotch served on the rocks, and the great service from the camply dressed stewards. Nowadays it is all about cramming you in, treating everyone like a suspect, and eating with plastic knives, or being forced to sit on a toilet for the entire duration of the flight. I guess I should not be complaining, flights are a lot cheaper, on good planes you get in-seat entertainment, and you can fly from LA to Chicago in a few hours, and not the 20 hour trip with 13 stops of yesteryear.
