Carrying out impressive and detailed sculpture using books (except the final one which uses old video tape and an iron fence) has been Brian Dettmer’s making. The three dimensional canvas of the book is brilliantly brought out by his precise carving and he has exhibited in his homeland of Chicago and New York as well as in galleries in London, Switzerland and Mexico.
Enjoy Brian’s fantastic work below.
