We will be back in Valencia after Bolivia in August!!!! And probably won’t have an AC. Don’t mind sweating during the day but at night! I need to stay cool so I can sleep.

I’m not sure why you ever want to sleep like a homeless (or at least make it look like it) – to me becoming homeless is one of my biggest fear. Especially with our new travel project we don’t really have a home. But I have to give the bed linen designer one thing –  the sheets and the mattress linen look very realistic. With ever sold set they should donate a certain amount to goodwill, I think. Nice cause and sleeping in these will make you remember all the people living in the streets.

It takes me forever to get out of bed in the morning (mostly because I read my morning news on my phone) and sometimes I whish I would have a bed ladder…! No not Bed Bladder… man!

I blogged about the Hamburger bed before and I got emails and comments asking where you can buy it. Well, you have the one time chance to bid on the Hamburger Bed Auction.

Because it was never intended to belong to anyone else, the materials are the best I could get at the time. So, the mattress is a round mattress from the 70s with a lot of wear. There is no pattern for my design- I patched the bedding together freehand. The "meat", "Cheese" (memory foam cover), "lettuce", and "top burger bun" (duvet cover, removing interior pillows) are all machine washable. -You may have to replace some renegade sesame seed after a wash.
