This is maybe the best Time Lapse Travel Video I’ve ever seen. Filmed in Ho Chi Minh City aka Saigon! It took 10.000 Raw images to create this incredible video and a lot of time was involved as well. We only have a little bit over a month left in Palermo and we still haven’t decided where to go yet. One of the main reasons is that the place we would like to go has very strict visa restrictions and we are not sure if we can get one. So Vietnam would be a good backup plan.

This is maybe the craziest face-workout I’ve ever seen! Impressive, stunning and yet entertaining. The Gypsy Kings would be so proud of you. Talking of Gypsy Kings – my cousin from Serbia came to visit us in Germany and one of her lovers invited her to see them live in concert. She was in heaven and she just loves them too much. She loved them so much that she came home with blisters on her hand from all the Flamenco Style Clapping. Such a good fan!

Why are they so focused on the that crazy flying Jo-Jo? Why do they have the urge to follow it with their eyes and beaks to closely? Does it look like a giant corn kernel and they want to munch it? There must be something in their imprinted behavior which forces them to follow it. What they react the same way if Brüno would shake his thing like in the movie for Funky Time?

One of the reasons why love Spain is because of it’s crazy festivals. We experienced so many great and unforgettable moments during our 2 year stay in Spain. Here are some of the greatest festivals besides the one you see above. Our favorite though is Fallas (click the links, they lead to some crazy stuff) and then come these: The Traslado de la Virgen – Paseo de las Rocas 2010 – Dia de America.

- 10 Weird Cigarette Lighters

OMG! Ever wondered how a 2 ton firework might look like? Don’t wonder any longer and watch this video I took yesterday of this rather unique firework called Mascletà which is part of Fallas here in Valencia. I shot this video my new Sanyo VPC CS1 (which I’m really happy with) but at the end it had problem to figure out the sounds. It was just too much.

Alicante which is about 1 1/2 hours from Valencia has a similar festival like Fallas where they burn huge figures and blast off insane fireworks. But the firework above is just plain frightening. OMFG … the scariest part starts at minute 7:11! You can skip directly to it by clicking on the minute link.

Even though I would go to the Alicante one with ear protection and access from a roof or something so I can take a video and pictures for my collection !
