Power sent straight to your gadgets without needing to plug them in? This is witchcraft of the highest order – electricity needs a cable, surely? Not any more it doesn’t. The WildCharge is an incredible gadget that’s about to break the shackles of normal, everyday charging. Every time you lay your mobile, BlackBerry or iPod on the WildCharge mat, it’ll transfer all the juice you need directly to the device without you having to do a thing.

The WildCharge mat is a flat, thin surface with conductive bars running across it that are fed from a power cable. The WildCharge comes with adapters that you can place on your mobile, BlackBerry or iPod that bridge the gap between your battery and the mat. When you look, the adapters have four tiny metal contacts that create a circuit when they’re placed on the mat – thanks to their smart positioning, you can place the device anywhere and in any orientation on the mat and you’ll still be charging up! It’s as simple as dropping a brick – though nowhere near as dangerous…

Ha ha .. funny video from your iPod straight to the classroom wall.

This is the pocket-sized device that projects a 60" image from an iPod, iPhone, or any video source with composite outputs. About the size of a candy bar, the unit projects bright, clear images and pivots up to 90º to display content on a wall or ceiling. The projector’s LED uses Digital Light Processing Technology–the same as digital cinema projectors–to produce sharp 480×320 resolution with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and a 3:2 aspect ratio.

It has a manual focus dial, adjustable volume control for its 1/2-watt internal speaker, and a headphone jack for private listening. The projector’s rechargeable battery provides two hours of viewing time after a three-hour charge from the included AC adapter, or from a computer with the included USB cable.

Truthfully, if you look down at your desk now, and you don’t see what looks like a spaghetti tangle of wiring, consider yourself lucky. That sort of organization leads to a healthy mind, and inner awareness. However, not all devices can work effectively without wires. Wireless charging and syncing is still in its infancy, and not supported by all devices.

If you own an iPhone and you’d like to charge and sync your phone without adding a half-meter of white-wire coils to your workstation, you can attempt to cut and splice your cable (not recommended) or go with our extra-short iStubz Sync and Charge cable. Three tiny inches will more than satisfy.

A big thank you to Hodenmumps who made this post possible.

Who doesn’t like free stuff for your gadgets. Here I will show you how to turn a barf bag into an iPhone or iPod Touch holder. Well the images are talking for themselves. It’s simple and easy and I especially love the fact that you can change the viewing angle buy adjusting the fold (last pic):

Make sure that you are using an unused bag though.

One more thing? Did you take part yet in the RGS iPod Nano scavenger hunt? You still got a chance to win the free iPod Nano!

Christmas is just around the corner and a very successful year for Random Good Stuff will be coming to an end. So I thought I would send my beloved readers on a small scavenger hunt. For a free iPod Nano 8GB in the color of your wish. Everyone in the world can take part and if it’s not easy for me to order the iPod for you in your country you must have a Paypal account so I can transfer the price in dough ($134,94).

This competition will end on December 11th and I will the announce the ONE randomly chosen winner of the iPod Nano 8GB in a post the next morning. I will also thank everyone who took part with a link back but more about that in a second.

There are 4 things you need to do in order to earn one submission in the raffle – only one ticket per person. But feel free to tell your family and or friends if you feel like sharing this info.

Send the answers to questions #1 – #3 to this email address:”

How many different colors are available for the new iPod Nano 8G (4th Generation) at let’s say Amazon? Not sure? Well, this LINK might help!

Find a good bargain or something odd or funny on Lastminute Auction and take a screenshot of it and then sent it to the email above. You don’t need to buy it.

Love movies? Good! Because challenge number 3 is to sign up for an account at Criticker, and rank at least 10 films. Criticker is a great Film Recommendations Engine and Community, and once you get started using it, you might not want to stop. Send me your user name in the email.

Last point is the easiest. Just leave a comment with your biggest X-Mas wish for this year. Feel free to write something out or to link to any product you like. Don’t forget to enter the url of your site if you have one so I can link to you in the thank you post on RGS on the 12th. This will send you couple of new readers.

It’s not the easiest way to get your fingers on an iPod but still – it’s a free iPod!

If anything is unclear please leave a comment.

Now have fun with the scavenger hunt and good luck to you.
