Here couple of awesome bike concepts. I think the Tron Bike is awfully cute. What is your favorite?

I don’t think that anyone will like to bike with those trough Copenhagen or in any normal environment. Why do the future bike have to be so uncomfortable and ass ugly? I bet those designers don’t own and have never been on the bicycle.

Firstly, In response to “srishtti dutt”… fat people don’t tend to get onto bicycles. That’s part of the reason for being fat. I don’t think there’s a deep concern there.
I agree with Bob about several of the designs. Most of them seem to lack the ability to rotate the front wheel on a axis for steering. The “tron” bike seems to be the most practical to me. 100’s of years of bicycling has established the rudimentary motion elements necessary to facilitate transportation of this kind. If you remove an element… the point is moot.
Just at a glance, it would seem that the designers of the bikes (although inspiring and creative) have merely placed two wheels, a seat, peddles and handlebars in the required areas, and have done their best to connect them in an artistic manner. Art is useful, but sometimes not practical.
The third design (tron), and the last design (cube) seem most practical.
